Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you’ll receive the same product as shown in the picture. We make sure our photos reflect the real design and details. However, the color might appear slightly different due to lighting or your screen settings, but the difference is minimal

Where can I view my sales receipt?

The receipt will be sent to your email once the order was successfully created. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder just in case). If you did not receive any email after payment completed, you may Whatsapp us at 01135688521.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Items can be or exchanged within 7 days from the date you receive your order. You can only change to other size with the same collection & color code only. We did not accept any refund request after payment has been made.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased during clearance sales or marked as final sale.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Restocking depends on the item and season. For some designs, we do bring them back, while others may be limited edition. You can check with us for specific items, and we’ll let you know if a restock is planned.

Where can I track my order?

We are using Easy Parcel to ship your parcel. The tracking number will be sent automatically to your Whatsapp using Easy Parcel’s service number. You will receive the tracking number link when your item is ready for pick up by courrier.
