Delivery:

1. Due to high volume numbers of order, there will be extra days to process your parcel within 7 days. Order for all Kurung Raya will be process batch by batch and will be settle from 3rd April - 9th April.
2. We deliver every Monday to Friday, 11am. Place your order before 9am if you want your parcel to be deliver on the same day.
3. You will receive your parcel within 2 - 4 days for Semenanjung & 4 - 7 days for Sabah & Sarawak.
4. We are using Ninjavan for our carrier. Tracking number will be sent to your email on the delivery date.

Return & Exchange

1. You can return or exchange your items if there is any defect or unmatching size within 7 days.
2. Please contact us by email (arbrandshop@gmail.com) or by WhatsApp (+6011 3566 6521) for return or exhange process.
3. Return must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with the tag still attached & not damaged.
4. Strictly no refund, return & exchange during the sale period.
