Delivery:
1. We deliver every Monday to Friday, 11am. Place your order before 9am if you want your parcel to be deliver on the same day.
2. You will receive your parcel within 2 - 4 days for Semenanjung & 4 - 7 days for Sabah & Sarawak.
3. We are using Ninjavan for our carrier. Tracking number will be sent to your email on the delivery date.
Return & Exchange
STRICTLY NO REFUND OR RETURN FOR SALE ITEMS. KINDLY CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENT BEFORE PLACE YOUR ORDER.
1. You can return or exchange your items if there is any defect within 7 days.

3. Return must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with the tag still attached & not damaged. return or exchange process.
