ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
Please note that all orders are subjected to availability and acceptance by us. We do not allow reservations. We will inform you if pre-orders are allowed for incoming products/restock items.
All prices shown on our site are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Customers from outside Malaysia may incur relevant import duty and tax, which must be paid by affected customers. Applicable exchange rate will be applied on debit/credit card not denominated in Ringgit Malaysia.
- You have the right to cancel any order for a product within seven working days, commencing on the day after the date on which you placed order, and will receive a full refund, ONLY IF we have not processed AND shipped your order.
- Return and exchange can be done if product is faulty, within 4 working days of delivered product, provided it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented, and with all tags remain intact.
- Please refer to Consumer Protection Act 1999, Act 599 of Laws of Malaysia for more info regarding your rights.
We use high quality fabrics and materials. We will try our best to display the colour in such it represents the real colour, but please note that the colour displayed through screen (smart phones or computers etc.) may have slight difference in colour tone. All products are sewn exclusively with ARCO.MY woven labels and ARCO.MY garment tags.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Once order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS acknowledging your order. You have the right to cancel any order for a product within seven working days, commencing on the day after the date on which you placed order, and will receive a full refund, ONLY IF we have not processed AND shipped your order.
Please be reminded that we may refuse to process your order or refuse to accept your transaction for any reason at any time, at our sole discretion. We will not be held liable to you or any third party resulting to refusing to process your order or refuse to accept your transaction.
We accept Malaysian Ringgit (RM) for transaction. All order can be made via cash deposit through ATM machine, online banking transfer, VISA/MASTERCARD debit card or VISA/MASTERCARD credit card. Please note that we do not accept payment by cheque. In case of international order via credit/debit card, bank will convert the currency using bank’s current exchange rate into Ringgit Malaysia and payment will be done in Ringgit Malaysia. We will ask for prove of payment especially if payment is done using cash deposit machine or manual online banking transfer (not through our website) before proceeding with processing the order. Customer will receive receipt through email (if provided) or with the product package itself. Customer is advised to keep the transaction receipt for reference until product is safely arrived at customer’s hand. Any taxes imposed is to be paid by customer, unless stated by ARCO.MY.
For payment methods using cash deposit machine and manual online banking transfer (not through our website), please find below our bank details:
- Customer’s bank name
- Banking date and time
- Banking reference number
- Total amount paid
- Customer’s order number

We also accept screen capture of the proof of payment, forwarded to our sales WHATSAPP number at +601135688521.
Note that we will not deliver the product until we receive this confirmation and payment.
SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that all orders placed before 6 pm, will be processed on the same day and shipping will be done on the next working day. Any orders placed after 6 pm, will be processed on the next day and shipping will be done on the next working day from the processed date. We use NINJAVAN services for shipping worldwide and customer will be provided with the tracking number for reference. Please allow an estimation time of delivery of about 3 to 4 working days.
Please also note that ARCO.MY have a no refund policy. Return and exchange can be done if product is faulty, within 4 working days of delivered product, provided it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented, and with all tags remain intact. Product can only be returned with the same product and same colour BUT subject to product availability. If there is any price difference, customer need to top up the remaining difference. We will refund the shipping fees and taxes if imposed in case of faulty product only.
PROMO CODE OR VOUCHER POLICY
Use of promo code or voucher is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash. Customer is advised to be aware of the expiry date for promo code or voucher. Only one promo code or voucher is to be used per transaction.
